Recent Activities
The Metrics Sub-committee conducted a survey at the meeting that measured the attendees’ degree of CPFR implementation as well as the reference and use of VICS CPFR guidelines. This information will continue to be collected and made available in the members’ only section of the website to provide a perspective on what leading CPFR practitioners are doing and using in their efforts. In addition the Committee presented a list of metrics that support implementation initiatives. These metrics reflect typical industry-wide metrics for measuring CPFR performance, identifying root cause issues, and crafting business cases. In concert with the metrics, several CPFR capabilities were identified to help serve as a checklist for areas of focus when initially embarking on, or taking your CPFR program to the next level of performance.
